iOS__上传应用到AppStore出现Authenticating with the iTunes store

upload to App Store 出现一直在 Authenticating with the iTunes store 卡住
最近打包上传到App Store的时候，一直卡在验证App Store界面，一卡就是半个小时，然后提示请重试，然后在找到解决的方法，如下：
打开终端，依次输入，运行5分钟左右关闭，重启xcode，再重新upload！
cd ~mv .itmstransporter/ .old_itmstransporter/"/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"
